We take immense pride in the artistry and precision of every luxury framed print we offer. Each piece is individually crafted to order, reflecting our commitment to quality and exclusivity. As such, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued store credit, valid for 90 days.
Return Window
We accept return inquiries within 7 days of delivery. Please note that only items in brand-new, unused condition are eligible for return consideration. Local consumer protection laws may grant extended return rights, and we encourage our partners to factor this into pricing and operational planning.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale—including custom prints, limited editions, and bespoke formats—are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Method & Fees
We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible, while preserving the integrity of our bespoke offerings.
Method: Returns are processed via mail only
Return Label: A downloadable label will be provided; a £10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items, reflecting the custom nature of our production
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued store credit, valid for 90 days
Craftsmanship Note: Each Adorn piece is made to order, and our return fees reflect the care and craftsmanship involved in every creation
Exceptions: Return fees are waived in cases of damage, incorrect items, or shipping errors
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or modifications—including design selection and sizing—once an order is placed.
Should your order not yet be dispatched, we are pleased to update your email or delivery address upon request. Kindly reach out promptly to avoid delays.
Change of Mind
As each piece is custom-printed exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing decisions. We encourage thoughtful selection prior to purchase to ensure a gratifying experience.
