Refund policy

We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your returning item is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. If you need to return an item, please keep in mind that we only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Upon receipt of your return, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of our evaluation. Should we conclude that the item is in satisfactory condition and complies with our return policies, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit, deducting a return fee of £6.99 from the amount originally paid for the returned product.
